Sheila Marsh, an English terminally ill woman had only one wish before dying and that was for her to be given the chance to bid farewell to her favorite horse, Bronwen. She had been taking care of him for the past 25 years and built a strong bond with the horse.
When the hospital staff arranged for the visit, Mrs. Marsh was wheeled outside on her hospital bed to meet Bronwen and another of her horses. She gently called Brownen and the horse approached her, pushing gently with his nose against her. This was her final goodbye to a friend she known for all those years.
Sadly, Mrs. Marsh passed away hours after that. She was a lifelong animal lover and cared for other animals as well.
