Rosie Kemp spotted an injured baby raccoon which had fallen off a tree. Rosie looked for the baby raccoon’s mother but could not finder anywhere. Fearing that the baby raccoon would not fare well if left behind, Rosie and her daughter decided to bring her home. They named her “Pumpkin”, after awhile she recovered from her injuries. To her surprise, “She instantly bonded with us and our two rescue dogs and follows me and our two dogs everywhere we go, she now thinks she is a dog… she is able to play and be rough with them and she respects them when they have had enough.”
