Pangola Game Reserve in Pongola, South Africa welcomed two baby elephant twins born on December 05, 2014. The birth of elephant twins is a rare occurrence. The mom is a 31 year old elephant name Curve who has also given birth to other three males. Her most recent birth is the two twins who have not yet been name, the sex of the baby elephants has not yet been determined either.
The reserve is doing what they can to ensure Curve is provided with a stress free environment so she can produce enough milk to feed both baby elephants and increase their chance of survival.
